Introduction of H.264
1. Developed by ITU-T Video Coding Experts Group(VCEG) and ISO/IEC Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG)'s joint video team(JVT).
2. With advantages of H.263+(ITU-T) and Mpeg4(ISO/IEC).
3. Compress ratio is 1/2 of H.263, and 1/1.5 of MPEG-4.
4. Also called H.26L, MPEG-4 Advanced Video Coding, AVC.
As Advanced Simple Profile(ASP) of MPEG-4.
